Commercial Lines Producer

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Producer to join a well-established, family-owned organization. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships, advising on risk management strategies, and driving new business development.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $40,000 - $80,000 (Competitive base salary + Commission + Bonus)

• Remote Work: Available for candidates based in North Carolina

Responsibilities

• Facilitate new business, renewal, and periodic meetings or presentations with current and prospective clients, following the company’s sales process.
• Advise clients and prospects on risk management strategies, including insurance products and other mitigation solutions.
• Actively prospect and canvas for new business opportunities through various communication channels, networking, and lead sources.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of middle to large commercial accounts, with a focus on industries such as construction.
• Quote new and renewal business using the Epic software platform.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager and team members to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional client service.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience handling middle to large commercial accounts.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Epic software is preferred.
• Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally within North Carolina.
