Commercial Lines Account Manager

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial accounts, ranging from $20,000 to $100,000 in premium, with a total book of business of approximately $1.5 million. Compensation Package

• Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annually
• Commission: Additional earnings for cross-selling and bringing in new accounts

Responsibilities

• Fully manage and service commercial accounts from start to finish
• Handle accounts with premiums ranging from $20,000 to $100,000
• Actively cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure client satisfaction
• Utilize EZ Lynx software (transitioning to AMS 360) for account management
• Participate in initial training at the Austin, TX office

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in the insurance industry, with at least 2 years in commercial lines
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with EZ Lynx software preferred; experience with AMS 360 is a plus
