Compensation Package
- Competitive compensation package based on experience, ranging from $50,000 to $80,000 (depending on experience)
- Additional performance-based incentives and benefits.
Responsibilities
- Utilize personal and professional networks to generate new business leads.
- Effectively manage and grow a book of business provided by the branch.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the branch.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong networking skills with the ability to generate and cultivate leads.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with the local market in one or more of the following areas is preferred:
- Ideal Locations: Burlington, Davenport
- Secondary Locations: Iowa City/North Liberty, Cedar Rapids, Cedar Falls/Waterloo
- Tertiary Locations: Des Moines/West Des Moines and surrounding areas
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
