Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts, including generalist, construction, and contractor accounts, ranging from small to large market clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
• Incentives: 20% commission on new business
• Work Schedule: Hybrid work model available after 6 months of proven performance (2 days remote per week)
• Training Period: Comprehensive training for 3-6 months, tailored to the candidate's experience level

Responsibilities

• Manage a Colorado-based book of business, servicing accounts from A to Z
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
• Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers
• Protect the best interests of clients and partners
• Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals
• Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and transactions

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Experience: 3-5 years of commercial agency experience preferred (will consider candidates with less experience if highly qualified)
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Epic software is a plus
