Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. The successful candidate will manage a book of business consisting of approximately 400 personal lines policies, providing exceptional service and support to clients.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience

Responsibilities
- Manage and service a book of personal lines insurance policies (approximately 400 policies)
- Handle quoting, renewals, cross-selling, and marketing of personal lines accounts
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Work with standard carriers such as Mercury, Safeco, Chubb, Travelers, and Hartford
- Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal lines insurance account management
- Software Proficiency: Expertise in EPIC software is mandatory
- Familiarity with standard carriers such as Mercury, Safeco, Chubb, Travelers, and Hartford
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
