Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $40,000 - $70,000 annually, plus commission.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and follow up on internet leads to generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
• Manage personal lines accounts effectively and efficiently.
• Utilize Salesforce software to track leads, manage accounts, and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Skills:
  • Professional demeanor and articulate communication skills.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
• Licensure/Designations: Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus.
