Commercial Lines Account Manager (Aviation)

Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

- Work Arrangement: Open to fully remote work. Equipment may be provided for remote employees.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of medium to large aviation accounts, including private and pleasure plans.
- Handle quoting for new and renewal business.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the Aviation Team Lead and other team members to ensure seamless account management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client accounts and policies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with the best possible advice and solutions.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance, preferably with a focus on aviation accounts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant insurance software and tools.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
