Job Summary

As the Administrative Assistant, you will serve as the strategic operational partner to our leadership team, acting as the primary gatekeeper and organizational engine for our daily activities. This role is designed for a proactive, high-integrity professional who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced, "one step ahead" environment.

You will be responsible for triaging communications, managing complex schedules, and ensuring the seamless execution of administrative operations. This position offers a unique hybrid work structure—combining the collaboration of in-office presence (M/W/F) with the focus and flexibility of remote work (T/Th)—making it ideal for an independent self-starter who values both professional impact and a modern work-life balance.

Compensation Package

  • Salary: $50,000-55,000 annually
  • Benefits:
    • Comprehensive health, dental, and long-term/short-term disability insurance (majority of individual costs covered by the company)
    • Health Savings Account (HSA) with a $5,000 deductible (split 50/50 between employee and company)
    • 401(k) plan with a 3-5% company match
    • Paid Time Off (PTO): Approximately 10 days, plus holidays
  • Work Schedule: Hybrid (Monday, Wednesday, Friday onsite; Tuesday and Thursday remote)

Responsibilities

  • Answer and triage incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
  • Follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion
  • Provide administrative support for day-to-day operations
  • Maintain clear communication and assist with scheduling as needed
  • Handle standard executive assistant duties with a high level of attention to detail

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Independent and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Background check required prior to start date
