Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of commercial insurance accounts, including quoting, certificates, and renewals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with underwriters and other stakeholders to ensure seamless account management.
- Handle all servicing needs for clients, including policy changes, endorsements, and claims assistance.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using AMS360 software.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of commercial insurance experience preferred.
- Experience managing small business accounts (e.g., contractors, restaurants, hotels, lessor’s risk, surplus lines).
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in AMS360 software is highly desirable.
- Location: Candidates must reside within a 30-40 minute commute of the office.
