Compensation Package

  • Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k).
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule. Onsite training may be required depending on experience.
  • Equipment: Company-provided equipment for remote work.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Account Managers and Account Executives with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Handle data entry, Certificates of Insurance (COIs), auto ID cards, and other documentation.
  • Support the team in managing commercial middle-market and large accounts, primarily in the energy sector (80%), as well as manufacturing, distribution, construction, and property.
  • Collaborate with the team to address client requests, process endorsements, and manage policy-related tasks.
  • Communicate with underwriters and assist in preparing marketing plans, proposals, and policy summaries.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing, premium financing, and contract reviews.
  • Provide support during audits and address client inquiries.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred (must be obtained if not already held).
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry or a professional business setting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with insurance software such as ImageRight and AMS360.
  • Attributes: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a team-oriented mindset. Must be eager to learn and grow within the organization.
