Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to operations, focusing on managing small business accounts and providing exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to client management. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $55,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business with revenue between $2M-$3M, focusing on small business accounts with policy sizes ranging from $0-$50K.
- Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Lines Department Manager and team to meet departmental goals.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using AMS360 software.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active 2-20 license is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines account management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.
