Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join a team. Compensation Package

  • Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and agency partners within the assigned territory.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular visits to agency partners to deliver training, share updates, and address any concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with company goals and objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to promote products and services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Travel within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight stays.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in a sales organization.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the property and casualty insurance industry.
  • Professional and positive attitude with excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently without daily supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of individuals.
