Our client is seeking a hands-on Controller to own the accounting function and support continued growth. This role is responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, including reconciliations, carrier commission statements, payroll, vendor payments, and managing activity within the agency management system and QuickBooks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, ethical, and solutions-focused, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
