Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in managing middle-market accounts and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. The successful candidate will work closely with the Commercial Lines Manager and producers to ensure seamless account management, renewals, and marketing efforts.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business including living facilities, non-profits, and daycares.
- Handle renewals (90%) and assist with quoting new business (10%).
- Perform marketing tasks, Certificates of Insurance (COI), endorsements, and other account management duties.
- Collaborate with producers on new business marketing efforts.
- Ensure timely and accurate service delivery to clients.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, with a preference for candidates experienced in using Epic software.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, excellent conflict resolution abilities, timeliness, and a personable demeanor.
