Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse book of business, including both standard and high-net-worth accounts, with a total premium of approximately $2 million. This is a fully in-office position, with the potential for a hybrid schedule after two years. Compensation Package
- Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually
- 401(k): Up to 3.5% match

Responsibilities
As a Personal Lines Account Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a book of business with accounts ranging from $5,000 to $25,000 in premium
- Handling renewals, quoting, marketing, and account management from start to finish
- Processing Certificates of Insurance (COIs), endorsements, and upselling opportunities
- Quoting new and renewal business (approximately 50% of the role)
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client relationships
Qualifications/Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in standard personal lines insurance
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is preferred
