Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a large, well-established agency that maintains a close-knit, collaborative, and supportive work environment. As a Commercial Lines CSR, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to the clients, managing a diverse portfolio of accounts, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Compensation Package

  • Salary: $85,000 annually

  • Work Environment: Fully in-office preferred; hybrid options available for the right candidate (4 days in-office, 1 day remote, or 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, including contractors and habitational accounts, with sizes ranging from $15,000 to $250,000.
  • Handle quoting for new and renewal business (approximately 40% new business, 60% renewals).
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with account managers and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.
  • Adapt to and utilize the Applied EPIC software system (training will be provided).
  • Participate in daily training sessions with account managers during the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into the role.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Prior experience in commercial lines insurance is required. Open to candidates with varying years of experience.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Applied EPIC software is a plus, but training will be provided.
