An opportunity to manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing exceptional service and expertise in a variety of coverage areas including General Liability, Property, Business Owners Policy (BOP), Workers' Compensation, Auto, Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI), Cyber, and more. This role emphasizes proactive client engagement, precision in handling policy needs, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, ensuring high-touch, proactive service.
  • Lead the annual renewal process with a focus on delivering customized solutions rather than automatic renewals.
  • Identify coverage gaps, recommend enhancements, and collaborate with Placement Specialists to secure optimal coverage at competitive pricing.
  • Handle certificates, policy changes, claims, and compliance requirements efficiently, utilizing advanced automation tools.
  • Provide clear, actionable insurance advice to small and medium-sized business owners, addressing risk management, market trends, and potential scenarios.
  • Collaborate with Producers, Placement, and Technology teams to ensure seamless onboarding, cross-selling opportunities, and client retention strategies.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in commercial insurance servicing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of various insurance products, including GL, Property, BOP, WC, Auto, EPLI, and Cyber.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills to simplify complex insurance concepts for clients.
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve client satisfaction and business goals.
