Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in contract surety bond underwriting, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to assess complex financial and credit information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
