Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing and growing the client portfolio, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and fostering strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of independently managing a book of business and a passion for delivering tailored employee benefits solutions. Compensation Package
- Salary: $60,000 - $85,000+ (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Independently manage a book of business, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored employee benefits solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to quote new and renewal business
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide expert guidance to clients
- Participate in client meetings, both virtually and in-person, to present solutions and address inquiries
- Contribute to the growth of the organization by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 2.5 years of experience managing a book of business independently
- Strong understanding of various funding models; specific account-based experience is not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external clients
- Proficiency in relevant software tools
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel occasionally to meet with local clients
