Compensation Package
- Salary Range: Up to $115,000 annually (flexible depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts ranging from $50,000 to $500,000, including construction, technology, and non-profit sectors.
- Provide end-to-end account servicing, including certificates, binders, ID cards, endorsements, and renewals.
- Quote new and renewal business to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with producers and other team members to deliver exceptional service to clients.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is required (verification will be conducted).
- Certifications: CIC, CRM, or CPCU designation (completed or near completion, verification required).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a brokerage or carrier environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is required (testing will be conducted). Proficiency in Excel is a plus.
- Industry Expertise: Experience managing accounts in construction, technology, or non-profit sectors is required.
