Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Sales Agent to join a dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Conduct a balanced mix of outbound prospecting and leverage internal referral sources to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts for small to large businesses across multiple industries.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service and tailored coverage solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve departmental goals and support organizational growth.
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure clients receive current and effective insurance solutions.
Qualifications/Requirements
- An active 2-20 insurance license is required.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an established commercial insurance agent.
- Strong knowledge of commercial lines coverages and industry practices.
- Proficiency with AMS360 is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
