Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines Director to lead and oversee the operations of the Personal Lines team. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $90,000 – $120,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Personal Lines team, consisting of ~10 experienced Account Managers.
- Provide hands-on management, focusing on coaching, mentoring, and supporting team members.
- Drive improvements in processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prioritize client retention and ensure the delivery of exceptional service.
- Manage hiring, training, and development of team members to foster a high-performing team.
- Collaborate with leadership to align team goals with organizational objectives.
- Maintain a hybrid work model, supporting both in-office and remote team members.
Note: This role does not include sales responsibilities.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience (formal leadership experience preferred, but informal experience will be considered).
- At least 3 years of Personal Lines Account Management experience, with 7 years of total industry experience preferred.
- Proven ability to manage and develop a team, with strong people-management skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in operational improvement and process enhancement.
- Proficiency in using Epic or similar systems is a plus.
- Strong focus on client retention and delivering exceptional customer service.
