Commercial Service Team Manager

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: Up to $95,000 annually
• Bonus & Milestones: Opportunity to earn up to $115,000 in the first year

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a select group of middle-market commercial accounts (Property & Casualty).
• Support and enhance existing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-focused environment.
• Quote new and renewal business as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Utilize Hawksoft software to manage accounts and ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Hawksoft software is preferred.
