Job Summary

Seeking an experienced and results-driven Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will build and maintain strong client relationships, manage customer accounts, and drive revenue growth. You will act as the main liaison between the company and its commercial clients, ensuring their needs are met while aligning with the organization’s strategic objectives. Responsibilities

  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify customer needs and successfully offer solutions using company products and services.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to meet business objectives and revenue goals.
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities by analyzing market trends and customer feedback.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize company profitability while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Consistently track and report account activity, progress toward goals, and market insights to senior management.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of key market developments, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, or related roles, preferably in a commercial business environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities with a client-focused attitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM software and a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial, sales, and performance data.
  • High level of self-motivation, organization, and attention to detail.
