Senior Commercial Insurance Account Executive (Atlanta GA) - Hybrid
$100K-$150K base, + Commission/Bonus potential!

The Role:
Are you an experienced insurance professional with a passion for building client relationships and solving complex problems? We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our team and play a critical role in driving business growth while delivering outstanding service to our clients. This hybrid position offers flexibility with the option to work remotely 3-4 days a week once you’re settled in. As a Senior Account Executive, you will work alongside a dynamic sales team, assisting with new business development and managing a select portfolio of existing clients. You’ll be responsible for handling renewals, processing claims, and providing expert guidance on insurance policies. Your role will also involve collaborating with underwriters to ensure timely policy updates and maintaining long-lasting, positive client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Producers: Work closely with Producers to keep clients informed and ensure their needs are met.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, providing expert advice and helping them navigate their insurance options.

Policy & Coverage Support: Guide clients through policy renewals, coverage assessments, and claims processing to ensure their insurance needs are fully addressed.

Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors to ensure the smooth and timely processing of insurance requests.

Deadline Management: Stay on top of key deadlines and milestones, proactively communicating with Producers when necessary.

Billing & Accounts: Oversee Accounts Receivables, manage Direct Billing, and ensure invoices are processed accurately.

Documentation & Submissions: Prepare and submit Acord applications, Schedules of Insurance, Loss Summaries, and Renewal Proposals.

Policy Audits & Reporting: Assist with policy audits, process monthly reports, and identify and resolve any accounting discrepancies.

Client Inquiries: Respond promptly to client emails and phone calls, delivering top-tier service and guidance.

Quality Control: Perform detailed checks to ensure policies and documentation are accurate and complete.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 6-10+ years of experience in real estate insurance account management, preferably with property and casualty insurance.

Relationship Skills: Proven ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships, with a consultative approach to insurance solutions.

Expertise: Strong knowledge of insurance policy management, renewals, claims processing, and coverage evaluations.

Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring accurate and timely execution of tasks.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly and confidently.

Technical Proficiency: Experience with industry tools and systems, such as Insurance Agency Management Systems (EPIC preferred).

Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field is a plus.

Self-Starter: Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a flexible, hybrid work environment.
