Job Summary:

Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Insurance Sales Manager to lead a growing team. Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of commercial insurance sales agents to achieve individual and team performance goals.
  • Develop and execute department strategies to grow market share while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their insurance needs and providing customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive innovation, improve customer satisfaction, and streamline sales processes.
  • Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to monitor, evaluate, and forecast sales performance.
  • Provide regular training and development opportunities to the sales team, promoting professional growth and enhancing product knowledge.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking activities.
  • Foster an inclusive and equitable work environment that celebrates diversity and encourages creativity.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial insurance sales, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, policies, and underwriting procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.

Compensation Package:

  • Salary range: $120K-$150K+ (depending on experience)
