Operations Assistant
Location: Lower Brooklyn, NY (On-site, 5 days per week) Coney Island area 
Salary: $60,000–$65,000 per year

About the Role:
Our client, an independent agency based in Brooklyn, NY, is seeking a reliable and tech-savvy Operations Assistant to support day-to-day administrative and operational functions. You’ll work closely with the Executive Assistant of Operations and the internal team to keep things running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and general office communications

  • Pull reports and assist with data entry or tracking tasks

  • Provide administrative support for daily operations

  • Maintain organized systems for files, records, and schedules

  • Assist with technology tools, software, and office systems as needed

  • Support team members with projects and operational needs

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Tech-savvy — comfortable learning and using new software/tools

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable

  • Prior administrative or operations experience preferred

Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday

  • On-site in Brooklyn, NY
