Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a high-volume book of personal lines insurance business, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and fostering strong client relationships. Compensation Package

  • Salary: $70,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume book of personal lines insurance business, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all tasks.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service, advocacy, and professional communication.
  • Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policy processing.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends, underwriting guidelines, and submission procedures.
  • Review applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.
  • Conduct loss/claim analysis and prepare summaries.
  • Coordinate expiration lists with the department manager to secure renewal business information.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
