    Broker's Assistant
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Broker's Assistant to join a team. This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to work in a collaborative and team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a wholesale brokerage setting, specifically in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance, and will play a key role in supporting brokers with their daily operations.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $75,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k).
- Work Environment: Fully remote position with company-provided equipment.
Responsibilities
- Assist brokers with incoming submissions and gather supplemental information.
- Complete ACORD forms and other necessary documentation.
- Support brokers in managing binding business (approximately 70%) and brokerage business (approximately 30%).
- Handle accounts with premiums ranging from $1,000 to $50,000, with an average of $10,000 to $15,000.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure efficient and accurate processing of accounts.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a wholesale brokerage setting, specifically in P&C insurance.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Proficiency in completing ACORD forms and managing insurance submissions.
