    Commercial Lines Account Manager – Transportation/Trucking
Job Summary
Seeking a seasoned and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager specializing in Transportation/Trucking. This role involves managing a book of business with a focus on small to mid-market trucking and transportation accounts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in account management, customer service, and marketing renewals, particularly with fleets ranging from 1-10 power units and 10+ power units.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business, focusing on trucking and transportation accounts.
- Handle daily customer service tasks, including responding to client inquiries and resolving issues.
- Market and process renewals for existing accounts.
- Quote new and renewal business as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of client interactions and account details.
- Provide expert advice and solutions tailored to the needs of clients with small and large fleets.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, specifically within the trucking/transportation industry.
- Proven expertise in managing accounts with fleets of various sizes (1-10 power units and 10+ power units).
- Proficiency in AMS360 software is highly preferred.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to work remotely, in-office, or in a hybrid setup.
