Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: Competitive, ranging from $60,000 to $250,000, based on experience and book size.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on networking and business development.
  • Develop and grow a book of business, targeting clients with 50+ employees, ideally in the 100-500 employee range.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, balancing sales efforts with hands-on servicing as needed.
  • Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to leverage resources and tools for success.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries, including real estate, manufacturing, and other verticals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and continuously develop expertise in Employee Benefits and/or Commercial Lines.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, with a focus on Employee Benefits or Commercial Lines.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to succeed and grow your book of business.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt, particularly in areas such as self-funded vs. fully insured markets.
  • Experience in industries such as real estate or manufacturing is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a supportive team.
  • Minimum book of business in the $50,000+ revenue range is preferred.
