Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $60,000 to $250,000, depending on experience and book size.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and prospects.
- Develop and grow a book of business by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to leverage resources and tools for success.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market opportunities to better serve clients.
- Attend weekly sales and retention meetings and maintain a hybrid work schedule.
Qualifications/Requirements
For Employee Benefits Producers:
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
- A willingness to learn and adapt, regardless of prior experience in self-funded or fully insured markets.
- A balance between sales and service, with a hands-on approach to client management.
For Commercial Producers:
- Experience in industries such as real estate, manufacturing, or other verticals is preferred.
- Proven ability to network, generate new business, and build strong market connections.
- A relationship-driven mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.
General Requirements:
- A proven track record of success in sales, with a book of business generating $50,000+ in revenue.
- Experience working with clients ranging from 50 to 500 employees.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to succeed in a competitive market.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a supportive team.
