Job Summary

Seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented PL Assistant Account Manager to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in managing a portfolio of accounts, building strong client relationships, and ensuring excellent service delivery. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to contribute to the success of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary support for Account Managers in managing client portfolios.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to meet client needs and objectives.
  • Act as a point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries, solving problems, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure data accuracy by updating and maintaining account records in the system.
  • Prepare client presentations, proposals, and reports to support Account Managers during meetings.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to clients.
  • Communicate effectively and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to provide relevant insights and innovation for team and client needs.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients and ensure seamless transitions.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Previous experience in account management, customer service, or related roles is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

Compensation Package

  • Compensation: Between $70k-$75k+ (based on experience).
