Personal Lines High Net Worth Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines High Net Worth Account Manager to join a dynamic and collaborative team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of high-net-worth personal insurance accounts by providing exceptional service to clients and maintaining strong relationships with them. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering tailored insurance solutions and ensuring that their expectations are exceeded. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, paired with a customer-focused mindset.
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage a portfolio of high-net-worth personal insurance accounts, including onboarding, renewals, reviewing policies, and resolving inquiries.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by delivering excellent customer experiences that align with their unique insurance needs.
- Provide guidance and advice on customized personal lines insurance products such as home, auto, liability, and other coverages suited to high-net-worth clients.
- Identify, evaluate, and communicate potential risk exposures and develop insurance and risk management strategies for clients.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners such as underwriters, carriers, and brokers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay informed about the latest insurance industry trends, policy changes, market developments, and emerging risks that could impact clients.
- Maintain accurate records and document all interactions in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all customer service milestones and service level expectations are met within established timelines.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, Client Advisor, or similar role within the personal lines insurance field.
- Experience working with high-net-worth clientele.
- Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products and coverage types.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills with a focus on maintaining confidentiality and trust.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in insurance management platforms/software and basic office tools such as MS Office Suite.
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
Compensation Package
- Compensation: Between $75k-$125k+ (based on experience).
