Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will bring experience in insurance, a commitment to exceptional customer service, and a proactive approach to supporting account managers in servicing commercial lines accounts.
Responsibilities
- Provide A-Z servicing for commercial lines accounts, supporting account managers in day-to-day operations.
- Handle both new and renewal business quotes.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of documentation and account updates.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service to small to mid-market commercial clients.
- Utilize Epic software to manage accounts and maintain records.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 1+ years in the insurance industry, with a preference for candidates with good tenure and experience in commercial lines.
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred; open to candidates with relevant experience willing to obtain licensure.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with Epic software is highly desirable.
- Work Ethic: A proactive and customer-focused approach to problem-solving and service delivery.
