Compensation Package

Responsibilities
- Assist with the management of renewal business accounts.
- Provide support to the renewal team by handling standard account management tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client service and satisfaction.
- Utilize Applied Epic software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to address inquiries and resolve issues.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensing: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in commercial lines within an independent agency setting is essential.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied Epic software is preferred.
- Work Environment: This position is transitioning to a hybrid model, with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote.
