Commercial Lines CSR
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment with a small agency feel and a strong company culture. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial lines insurance, with expertise in handling a variety of accounts, particularly in transportation.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $52,000 - $65,000 annually, depending on experience (DOE)
Responsibilities
- Manage daily client service tasks, including billing, change requests, certificates, claims reporting, and manual renewals.
- Occasionally remarket and quote new pieces of business.
- Handle new and renewal business quoting.
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain and strengthen client relationships.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of commercial lines experience; 3+ years preferred.
- Software Proficiency: EPIC software experience is mandatory.
- Account Expertise: Generalist experience with a strong preference for candidates with transportation account knowledge.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
