Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team.

Compensation Package

• Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage a generalist book of business, including small to middle-market accounts (with some large accounts).
• Provide A-Z servicing for accounts, including General Liability, Workers' Compensation, and other commercial lines.
• Quote new and renewal business as needed.
• Collaborate with back-office services to streamline processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their needs are met promptly and professionally.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of commercial insurance experience, handling a book of business.
• Software Proficiency: Experience with EPIC software preferred.
• Soft Skills: Energetic, detail-oriented, goal-driven, problem solver, and self-motivated.
