Data Integration & ETL Developer
Job Summary
Seeking a skilled and motivated Data Integration & ETL Developer to join a team. Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Bonus Opportunity: Annual bonus of up to 20%
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes and database solutions to support organizational reporting and analytics needs.
- Build and manage database structures, including tables, views, and stored procedures.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored data solutions.
- Analyze and resolve data quality issues while optimizing database performance.
- Provide support for infrastructure upgrades, replacements, and disaster recovery initiatives.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Education: Associate’s degree in IT required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years working with ETL and database technologies such as SQL Server, Informatica, SAP, or Oracle.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
- Soft Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Industry Knowledge: Exposure to the insurance industry is a plus.
