Senior Employee Benefits Account Manager & Sales Support - Hybrid 

 

Summary:

Seekingadetail-oriented person who demonstrates clear knowledge and understanding of employee benefits.

 

Job Description:

  • Experience servicing and supportingemployee benefits accounts: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD, LTD, HSA, FSA, HRA, etc. insurance lines of coverage.
  • Experience working with a wide range of group sizes.
  • Ability to work with clients, answer their questions pertaining to their policies, solve any current or outstanding issues, and recommend applicable coverage as needed. 
  • Experience with assisting on group insurance plan design, plan comparisons, open enrollment meetings for new and renewal business, and more.
  • Provide leadership role at Open Enrollment meetings as requested by producers.

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience handling Employee Benefit Accounts.
  • Must hold an active state L&H License.
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.

 

Salary/Benefits:

  • Pay range dependent on skill and contribution level: $85K-$100K
  •  Hybrid remote working schedule
