Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Benefits Analyst to join a team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, internal-facing environment, and enjoys working on inter-office projects. The Benefits Analyst will be responsible for managing renewals, building quotes, and working with internal systems to ensure seamless operations. Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $40,000 - $65,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

  • Manage renewals and handle accounts from A-Z
  • Build quotes and support internal team projects
  • Operate and maintain relevant benefits administration system, quoting platform, and CRM software to support agency and client needs
  • Utilize Excel for tasks such as pivot tables and summation formulas
  • Collaborate with internal teammates to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain a strong work ethic and contribute to a positive team culture

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Experience: 0-3 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, summation formulas, etc.)
  • Preferred Skills: Prior experience with EASE is highly preferred
  • Work Style: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
  • Education: No specific licensure or designations required; willingness to obtain certifications in the future
  • Personality Fit: Flexible, open-minded, empathetic, and hardworking
