Commercial Lines/Trucking Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Lines/Trucking Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting the growing trucking business and ensuring exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial lines insurance, particularly in trucking, and will thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of trucking accounts.
- Handle client support, policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims assistance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients.
- Prepare RFPs for renewals and negotiate pricing and coverage enhancements.
- Cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients.
- Utilize AMS360 and ImageRight software for account management.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial lines insurance, with a focus on trucking accounts preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 and ImageRight software.
