Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing a robust book of business with a focus on construction accounts.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $80,000 - $125,000

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business generating $500,000 - $700,000 in revenue.
• Service accounts ranging from $100,000 to $1.5 million in size, with a focus on middle-market and larger accounts.
• Handle renewals from start to finish, including quoting new and renewal business.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the construction industry.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate account management.
• Utilize Epic software for account management and documentation.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial lines account management, with a focus on construction accounts.
• Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is essential.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. Must be personable, timely, and a team player.
• Work Environment: Hybrid role requiring 2-3 days in-office during the training period, with the potential for remote work thereafter.
