Job Summary
Looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves servicing commercial accounts, processing policies, assisting with renewals, and quoting.
Responsibilities
- Service commercial accounts, including contractors, manufacturers, lessor’s risk, property, and large industrial accounts.
- Process policies, assist with renewals, and handle quoting tasks.
- Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong communication with clients.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Adapt to evolving client needs and industry requirements.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience:
- 7+ years of agency experience preferred.
- Commercial lines servicing experience is required.
- Familiarity with industries such as contractors, manufacturers, and property management is preferred.
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent client service focus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with relevant software tools.
