Personal Lines Insurance Specialist

Job Summary

Looking for a motivated and dynamic Personal Lines Insurance Specialist to join a growing team. Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, handling accounts from start to finish.
• Generate leads through a combination of company-provided sources and self-sourced efforts.
• Drive new business sales while cross-selling and upselling insurance products to existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
• Quote and bind new and renewal business using Applied EPIC and EZLynx software.
• Network with referral partners and leverage your book of business to generate referrals.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance sales or 2 years in a captive insurance role.
  • Experience with personal lines insurance, including middle-market and high-net-worth clients.
• Skills:
  • Strong sales acumen and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships.
  • Proficiency in Applied EPIC and EZLynx software is preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Outgoing and personable demeanor.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
