Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join a growing team. In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts while providing exceptional service to clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for policyholders, ensuring their insurance needs are met with tailored solutions. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and insurance carriers, managing all aspects of client relationships.
  • Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable commercial insurance products and coverages.
  • Handle renewal processes, policy changes, coverage analysis, and risk evaluation for existing accounts.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of insurance quotes, applications, endorsements, and claims-related inquiries.
  • Proactively address client concerns and provide prompt resolutions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients while identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, underwriters, and carriers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, regulatory changes, and new products to effectively serve clients and improve offerings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information within the CRM system.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager in the commercial insurance industry.
  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, including property, casualty, liability, and specialty lines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with superior organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Confidence in working both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in using industry-specific software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation Package

  • Compensation: Between $85k-$105k (based on experience).
