Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Manage a $2M book of business, servicing mid-market accounts across various carriers including Erie, Travelers, Auto-Owners, and Liberty Mutual.
- Handle all aspects of personal lines insurance servicing, including quoting new and renewal business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
- Utilize agency management software to manage accounts and streamline processes.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals to uphold the company’s commitment to excellence.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- 3+ years as a Personal Lines Account Manager preferred.
- Proficiency in agency management software and familiarity with carriers such as Erie, Travelers, Auto-Owners, and Liberty Mutual.
- Well-spoken, determined, energetic, knowledgeable, and adaptable.
