Commercial Lines Account Manager – Black Mountain

Hybrid After 90 Days | Applied Epic | Full-Time

A well-established and expanding independent insurance agency is seeking Commercial Lines Account Managers in Black Mountain, NC. This opening is due to continued growth and internal movement. Key Responsibilities:

• Full-service account management from A–Z

• Support a generalist book of business, with a heavy focus on contractor-related risks

• Manage small to mid-market accounts ranging from $10K to $125K in premium

• Primarily renewal-focused with some quoting responsibilities

• Utilize Applied Epic for daily servicing and workflow management

• Flexibility to support books across different offices as needed

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• 2–5+ years of commercial lines experience in an independent agency setting

• Active P&C license

• Working knowledge of Applied Epic preferred

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

• Experience with contractor-heavy accounts is a plus
