Review incoming new business submissions, triage based on eligibility, and determine which accounts to pursue or decline based on class of business, timing, or non-standard/E&S criteria, following established guidelines.

Market both new and renewal business by aligning applicant profiles with carrier appetite and geography. Prepare proposals using carrier systems and relay results to members.

Build and maintain strong relationships with our members. Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors/Leaders to identify and act on cross-sell opportunities.

Stay current on underwriting principles, insurance regulations, best practices, and carrier preferences. Educate members on coverage options, insurance needs, and pricing.

Manage a follow-up system to track quotes, correspondence, and outstanding items needed to bind policies and close business effectively.

Keep electronic records organized and up-to-date in line with our standard operating procedures.

Deliver prompt, professional, and courteous service to all members and carrier partners.

Support and contribute to team and individual premium growth goals.

Perform other duties or special projects as assigned by management.
