Job Title: Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Job Summary:
The Commercial Insurance CSR provides essential service and support functions, ensuring the smooth operation of the agency. This position is responsible for assisting clients with day-to-day service needs, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely communication. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, personable, and comfortable navigating various systems and technology platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service support via phone and email, addressing policy questions, changes, and billing inquiries.
- Assist with policy servicing tasks such as endorsements, certificates of insurance, and renewal processing.
- Maintain organized client files and documentation in agency management systems.
- Support producers and account managers with administrative duties and follow-ups.
- Ensure high-quality service and prompt response times for client requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service issues efficiently.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license.
- 1-2 years of commercial insurance customer service experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using agency management systems and related technology.
Compensation Package:
- Compensation: Between $50K-$55K (based on experience).
